For more than 20 years,
Jeff has held management positions for
agencies delivering programs and services
including resident and day camping, early
childhood education, senior center activities,
health and wellness and after school
programming. Jeff began his career as an
educator and has since been active in
management, fundraising, program design,
leadership development as well as staff
training and supervision. Prior to joining
Seth, Jeff served ten years as the Executive
Director of the Jewish Community Center in
Wilmington, Delaware.

Having risen through the
ranks in the for-profit, corporate world for
nearly 20 years, Marla has honed her skills as
a marketing professional in a competitive,
dynamic and demanding environment. While
working at top advertising agencies early in
her career, she learned to use communications
to sell ideas, services and products of all
kinds. With a mid-career move to the “client
side,” Marla developed an expertise in
conducting and interpreting market research
and trends to build awareness, impact
perceptions and create demand. At Bloom Metz
Consulting, she puts her experience to work
for nonprofit clients, developing marketing
and communications strategies that produce
immediate and quantifiable results.

Susan’s extensive public
service experience has enhanced her ability to
serve our clients. Susan has more than 30
years experience in Washington, DC, working on
Capitol Hill in various capacities with
members of both the House and Senate, as well
as service with the Small Business
Administration. Susan began her fundraising
career as a Major Gifts Officer for Sarah
Lawrence College followed by her tenure with
the Delaware Community Foundation and the
Delaware Symphony. Susan is active in the
community as a volunteer for Christ Church
Christiana Hundred, and as a board member of
St. Michael's School Nursery and the Delaware
Museum of Natural History. She is a former
member of the Delaware Community Foundation
Board and the past Chair of the Fund For
Women.

Wil has over 35 years
experience as a nonprofit executive and board
member. He currently chairs the Christiana
Care Visiting Nurse Association Board and is
Senior Warden of Christ Church Christiana
Hundred. He was Deputy Director and Chief
Financial Officer of Winterthur Museum, and
Chief Operating Officer of The National
Cathedral. Wil brings deep experience in
organization strategy and financial management
to his clients. His projects for Bloom
Consulting include strategy development,
capital campaign feasibility assessment and
campaign management.
