Elizabeth’s expertise includes Event Planning as well as fundraising, marketing leadership, business development, strategic planning, client relations, public speaking, and visual design. She was featured on NBC/Philadelphia TV, and Wilmington print publications: The Bystander, Out & About, as a Cooking Instructor.Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Norton, MA. She is an active member in her community and resides in Wilmington, DE with her husband and three children.

Guillermina is a multicultural executive leader with experience in for-profit corporations as well as in the nonprofit sector. While honing her communications skills as an editorialist, radio host, consultant, teacher and public speaker, Guillermina has also served as a volunteer and professional for several nonprofit economic, cultural and educational organizations.

Kay’s expertise is an accomplished marketer, business leader, popular speaker on business development, new media, leading nonprofits, marketing, and fund raising. She is the co-author of Conversation on Networking and leads workshops on building relationships. She regularly tweets (ConsultKeenan) and speaks on nonprofit topics. She has had key marketing roles with leading Fortune 1000 companies, and most recently was the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. While at Big Brothers Big Sisters she led the repositioning for the organization to become both donor and volunteer focused. This repositioning was based on breakthrough research in understanding donors.  Her strategic marketing consulting clients have included Campbell Soup Company, Conectiv Communications, the State of Delaware, Technical Concepts (now Rubbermaid Commercial Products), United Way of Delaware and Winterthur Museum. Kay has extensive experience in leading annual and capital campaigns. Kay holds a bachelor’s degree  from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA and her MBA is from Syracuse University.  She is an active Rotarian, board member for the Delaware Fund for Women and lay leader with the Episcopal Church. Kay and her husband live in Wilmington, Delaware. They have two adult daughters and a new son-in-law!

Cynthia Primo Martin is a seasoned executive with 23 years of fund development, marketing and public relations.  She has numerous distinctions to her credit, including being the first woman officer of color at Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company in Hartford, CT.   Cynthia has been a member and officer of the board of trustees of the Brandywine Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (formerly NSFRE).   She has served as a trustee/director of many nonprofit organizations including University of Delaware, Delaware Community Foundation, St. Andrew’s School, National Council for Community and Justice, Delaware Symphony Association,  United Way of Delaware, Peninsula United Methodist Homes, Inc. Foundation, Christiana Care Health Systems, Fund for Women, YWCA and Ingleside Homes, Inc., Donor Market,  and the Delaware Chapter of the Jefferson Awards.  She was organizer and chair of the Quintin E. Primo Jr. Lecture Series (PLS), which brought national and global human rights leaders including Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Andrew Young and Mary Robinson to Delaware to participate in public foray on issues of race and reconciliation.  She is the Founder of the Trustees of Color (TOC) initiative whose mission is to establish a sustainable process to ensure that Delaware’s nonprofit boards are inclusive of people of color.  

David brings 18 years of both church leadership and nonprofit leadership to Bloom Metz Consulting.David's diverse background includes serving in the fulltime ministry in London, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and in Newark, Delaware.  He  also served as the founding Director of  Development for Nativity Preparatory School of Wilmington and most recently as the President and CEO of Social Venture Partners Delaware.   David's expertise includes  capacity building, development assessment and planning, leadership development, capital and endowment campaign management, and event management.  David currently serves on the Tatnall Board of Directors,  is on Delaware’s Juvenile Justice Advisory Group and is an active Rotarian.  David resides in Wilmington DE with his wife and three daughters.
